Summer Review

Whew! I finally got pictures added and time(although midnight) to update and reallly "start" my blog. So our Summer in review started with our 9th anniversary in May. Which for my gift I got landscaping and a garden! Yes I wanted them to give our "cookie cutter" home a little different look. Jared decided it would be fun to purchase a canoe for some fun family outings. We celebrated Maeleys 2nd Birthday June 10th with my Mom and little brothers and took the canoe for its first test run. Three days after my Mom left, Bryant and Ciera Birch came to visit and attend a wedding.thenext day Jareds parents came for a week and half visit. We all celebrated Fathers day with salmon on the grill. I had to go up for a night at girls camp while Grandma & Grandpa Brown stayed with the girls. While he was here, Jareds Dad installed our garage door opener, built shelves and rigged up our canoe to hang from the ceiling yeah thank you thank you Dad! Five days after they left my Sister, Natalie and her family came to visit for the 4th of July. We went to the game (sort of but not really) by the we got there and found a parking space(which was even farther than Village Green) and walked all the way to 13th street in 100 degree with humidity and carrying children we sat down and 2 minutes later the fireworks began! Huh guess I had never ventured out down by the stadium on the 4th before. Oops! It was still fun and really cool to see from inside the stadium. We did alot of trips to the Zoo, swimming, riding bikes and canoe trips to fill up the time. Then the Girls and I left for Utah for 3 weeks. We went to the Living planet aquarium, 3 family reunions, more swimming, Park city to shop and play, had pictures done, and tried to visit as many as I could. We got back a week before school started for Emma. And WOW there was our summer. Time flies!
